To get 60fps video captures from the Roxio Game Capture HD Pro, your console has be set to 720p/1080i for the capture to actually be in 60fps.
After playing around, you can really see the difference between 60 and 30 fps when recording. I recommend that you use 720p if you want to get the best quality for the 60fps video capture.
My Notes:
- The Roxio Game Capture HD Pro is only capable of capturing 60fps if your resolution is 720p/1080i
- If capturing 720p puts a strain on your computer, try 1080i
Updates-3/10/15
~you can capture PC footage in 60fps if the output of the second screen is at a 1280x720 resolution(second monitor/or different PC only).
>>> if you are doing dual screen set-up, games have to run in windowed mode(unless you have found an alternative)
~play around see if it works or not.
